I am very active I enjoy working out, playing football and basketball. I believe that each client is different so each client will receive training which is specifically personalized to benefit them. If you like fun, hard work and striving to be the best version of you then I am your guy. 

My philosophy:  setting and reaching short term goals will lead to long term success 

Favorite Class to Teach: Boxing is my favorite class to teach and I like to incorporate it in personal training sessions as well

Certifications: ACE certified. Bachelors Degree in Sport movement science with a concentration in therapeutic exercise

Specialties: Kenia is a former professional football player for the Legends Football League, where she played as a strong safety for 3 years. She also is a WBFF fitness competitor. Prior to joining the Reck fitness team Kenia worked as an Exercise Technician for Sports therapy and Rehab and Pro Ex Physical Therapy. Kenia has years of experience of training with clients that are post injury/ recovering from injury. While at Salem State Kenia excelled as a student athlete as she played 4 years of Collegiate volleyball for the university. In her free time she enjoys playing flag football with the MassFlag Allstars for the Mass Flag Football league and teaching about fitness and wellness.

 Specialties: Spartan Training Classes, Couch to 5k/Running Programs

Favorite Class: I enjoy training people with a specific goal in mind. So during the outdoor seasons Couch to 5k and Spartan Training classes are my favorite. I like getting people comfortable with being uncomfortable and enhancing their mental strength just as much as their physical strength.  Also, HIIT is an all time favorite, the short bursts of energy and giving it all you got can’t be replicated in any other class.
