All Classes are approximately 50 minutes in length to allow clean up/set up between scheduled classes.
Bootcamp
An interval-based class that alternates between cardiovascular training and strength training.
Core & Conditioning
Interval style class focusing on conditioning your core and cardio.
Our signature class with circuits of various strength and conditioning exercises.
Boxing
Full body workout that focuses on rounds of different punches and combinations. Guaranteed to sweat with this high level cardio class and increase your muscle strength, reflexes and mind. (Boxing gloves provided)
Metabolic Meltdown
Metabolic Meltdown is a class that combines high intensity intervals with body conditioning and core work in a circuit format that keeps your heart rate up the entire time! (Heart Rate monitors are available for sale to track your workout live on our monitors)
This class uses weights and other equipment where participants get a total body workout as they move from station to station varying strength training, plyometrics, lower body and core exercises. Beginning in May on Tuesdays 6pm!
WOD
Completing the Workout of the Day together. Nothing better than an assigned WOD on the chalkboard that challenges yourself to push your limits and complete it together as a team.
Power Hour
Power Hour is a full body workout that focuses on weights to help build strength and power while in a safe environment.
Mobility is essential because it prepares our bodies for the stress of training. It is a vital contributor to reducing the risk of injuries as well as improving technique and range of movement.

Get race-day ready with our 8-week HYROX Training Class, designed to build the strength, endurance, and mental toughness you need to conquer the competition floor. Whether you're a first-time competitor or looking to get a PR, this class is your ultimate prep zone.
Led by certified personal trainer Kenia, a two-time HYROX competitor in both The Netherlands and Atlanta, Georgia, you’ll train with proven strategies and personalized guidance each week. Expect a mix of running intervals, functional fitness circuits, and targeted mobility work to mimic actual HYROX race demands.
