The combination of using Battle Ropes and TRX for a unique and challenging class that will increase your heart rate while strengthening and toning your muscles.
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.
Focuses mainly on strength training in a structured and safe setting. Your instructors will guide you through a strength workout that pushes you to the next level while educating you on form and proper lifting.
Completing the Workout of the Day together. Nothing better than an assigned WOD on the chalkboard that challenges yourself to push your limits and complete it together as a team.

Bevtown Running: an Outdoor Running Bootcamp.
This class is on the move and will incorporate intervals of plyometrics, running hills, running sprints, running stairs, total body strength training, agility, cardiovascular and cross training while running through the great city of Beverly!
Individuals must be prepared to carry their own water if desired. We stop for rests and breaks but most importantly for exercises in various locations.
Obstacle Course Race Training builds complete fitness. In this class you will crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, squat and run. We meet at RECK and head Outdoors so be prepared to run and carry anything you bring with you.
Couch to 5k
Couch to 5k meets at Bertram Field in Salem every Saturday at 8:00 am.
Our first session for Couch to 5k will be about 5-6 weeks long that progresses each week in class and in your homework... yes there is homework!
If you are an avid runner but would still like to join we will also have speed work options as well as 10k options.
