Bootcamp

An interval-based class that alternates between cardiovascular training and strength training.

Bootycamp 30

An express class that utilizes its time efficiently to focus on strength and toning your muscles from the booty down.

Boxing

Full body workout that focuses on rounds of different punches and combinations. Guaranteed to sweat with this high level cardio class and increase your muscle strength, reflexes and mind. (Boxing gloves provided)

R&R: Ropes & Resistance 

The combination of using Battle Ropes and TRX for a unique and challenging class that will increase your heart rate while strengthening and toning your muscles.

 

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training

A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.

Power Hour

Focuses mainly on strength training in a structured and safe setting. Your instructors will guide you through a strength workout that pushes you to the next level while educating you on form and proper lifting.

Core 30

An express class that focuses on improving your core strength.

WOD

Completing the Workout of the Day together. Nothing  better than an assigned WOD on the chalkboard that challenges  yourself to push your limits and complete it together as a team.

Summer Outdoor Classes:

OCR: Obstacle Course Race Training. This class is designed to prepare you for your next Spartan Race or other comparable obstacle course race (Tough Muddger, Warrior Dash etc). The class meets outside at  9am on Saturdays at RECK Fitness. We then depart from RECK and run to various parks, hills, bridges and more located throughout Beverly. Join our Spartan Team for the August 11th Spartan Super! 

Couch to 5k: Designed to prepare you for running your next race. Held at Betram Field every Saturday at 8am. Begins 6/9

Sunday Yoga Brunch: Enjoy outdoor yoga in the beautiful private park on Chestnut Street in Salem. Following Yoga get 10% off Brunch at O'Neils in Salem. Yoga is held every Sunday at 9am at 8 1/2 Chestnut Street Salem, MA. Begins 6/17

Outdoor Bootcamp: No better way to enjoy the summer evenings than with a RECK Bootcamp outdoors at Bertram Field in Salem, MA. We utilize the track, field, stairs and our own equipment to create fun circuit style classes outdoors. Held on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 7pm. Begins 7/9
